They will meet with the client along with a Creative Director or other key team members and then craft a “Discovery Brief” that the client approves before the actual script is written.

Forward Motion for Northwood Advisors

A couple months back we were tasked with creating a brand video for consulting firm, Northwood Advisors. The kicker was that there needed to be a way to convey the forward thinking, process-driven principles that represent the company in a not-so-obvious fashion. So the ideation process began here at VeracityColab and concepts were molded down until we had some gold. Clarity Key in Video Marketing

This morning as I was preparing for the day, I read 1 Corinthians 14:7 that says ”If even lifeless instruments, such as the flute or the harp, do not give distinct notes, how will anyone know what is played?” Even though the Paul is talking about “speaking in tongues”, this concept translates to all communication. After all, he uses instruments to make the point.

I’m sure that you’ve come across this issue before or heard someone say “It doesn’t matter if anyone understands it, I just want to express myself.” If you work with or around artists, you’ve probably had several discussions on this topic. Paul poses the perfect question “… how will anyone know what is played?” When we choose to communicate via any medium, our success is determined by how well the audience has heard us and understands the message. Nothing could be more true for Video Marketing.

It’s our goal here at VeracityColab to clearly express the most important message in each video. Granted, that can be very emotional and broad.
