Let us help answer a few questions for you…
-
In 2008 VeracityColab exploded onto the creative marketing scene as one of the first video agencies of its kind - one focused purely on accomplishing business goals with video. From the beginning, our mission was to make great videos, delight great clients, and become the most trusted video agency in the world. After 15 years that’s still our mission, and we look forward to becoming your trusted video partner.
When you’re ready to engage, LET”S TALK. -
We make just about any kind of video you can think of. From short 2D animated social videos to sophisticated 3D shorts to live action commercials. The most common videos we make are product education videos, brand awareness videos, customer engagement videos and videos that help sales teams drive sales.
If you’re looking for a video partner to help you create one video, a video campaign, or video marketing strategy, LET’S TALK. -
Aware-To-Declare is VeracityColab’s unique video marketing strategy. We also call it, “video at every stage of the funnel,” but Aware-to-Declare sounds better. We’ve laid it out for you below.
“Businesses know that video is important, but 43% of companies
we surveyed didn’t have a video-specific strategy.”
Wistia, 2023
Stage 1: Awareness
This is when your target audience sees and understands (at a high level) who you are and what you do. It’s the broadest stage of the journey and the primary goal is to reach as many of your audience’s eyes as possible with on-brand messaging that captivates them. Having the right video at this stage is vital because typically it’s your audience’s first impression of your brand. Think of this as your BIG broadcast “why” video which you can edit for multiple purposes.
Stage 2: Curiosity
Your audience is curious and interested. They want to know more. They want to understand what you offer. They are wondering what specific service or product you have that can help them do what they do better or easier. They are researching you and your competitors, visiting websites, reading blogs, looking at reviews and trying to get more information on your brand’s culture and personality. Having the right video(s) at this stage is the difference between them contacting you or going with your competitor.
Stage 3: Conversion
Your target audience is convinced you have the right product or service for them. They have reached out and the sale is about to happen. They believe your product or service can help but they want just a little more convincing. A product or service video walkthrough, explainer video or a video case study is exactly what they need to seal the deal.
Stage 4: Contentment
Your target audience has stepped over the line and they are now a customer or client. They like your brand. They have started to use your product or service. Tutorial videos, product update videos, tips and trick videos and behind the scenes videos keep your customers informed and happy.
Stage 5: Declaration
Your audience becomes your biggest fans and they talk about you and recommend you. This is a stage that many companies overlook, unfortunately, but it’s as critical as the other stages. It’s time to put tools into the hands of your most zealous customers. Customer stories, a video series, special behind the scenes videos and other value-added videos make them feel more appreciated and excited to be part of your brand.__________
Although one video can do wonders, there’s really no marketing silver bullet video. Everyone in the marketing world understands that the stages outlined above (although presented differently across the marketing universe) are critical to awareness, popularity, sales, success, and growth. That’s why we have developed Aware-To-Declare - to help you create remarkable videos at every stage so you can have great success and grow!
We have helped hundreds of brands achieve their marketing goals with videos at every stage of the funnel and we’d be delighted to do the same for you.
Let’s Talk. -
One of our commitments is to delight great clients, and we’ve experienced great clients of almost every size around the world.
We’ve made some great videos for mom and pops, funded start-ups, established businesses, non-profits, Fortune 100 companies and everything in between. The majority of our work ove the last few years has been for Product Marketers, Brand Officers, and CMO’s of medium-to-large brands.
If you’re ready to explore how video can help your organization more specifically, LET’S TALK. -
Although no project is exactly alike, (there are truly an unlimited amount of variables) it typically shakes out like this:
To create a great 90 second animation it takes about 4 - 8 weeks.
To create a more complex 3D 90 second video it takes about 6 - 9 weeks.
To create a remarkable 90 second live action video it takes about 8 - 12 weeks.
Then again, we’ve pulled off some masterpieces for companies like Adobe, Intuit, Life Happens, Legal Zoom, and others in as little as 2 weeks (but rush work can be expensive, so it’s best if we have the right amount of time).
Whether you have several videos in mind and some time to develop them or one video you need on a tight schedule, LET’S TALK. -
It goes something like this:
1. We have an initial conversation about your marketing and video goals (see Aware-To-Declare above).
2. We send you a Schedule of Work (SOW) to sign.
3. We have a discovery meeting to gather insights, vital information, and to get to know your team.
4. We deliver a Creative Brief with a video walk-through from the creative director.
5. We deliver a Script.
6. We deliver a Storyboard.
7. We deliver a Rough Cut.
8. We deliver a Final Cut.
(For more on our process click HERE).
Note: You review every step of the process and will be delightfully guided by your project manager (see Will I have a Dedicated Project Manager? below).
When you are ready to start your video project, LET’S TALK.

As mentioned in “What Is A Typical Project Timeline?” there are so many variables and nuances to consider when making a remarkable, original, on-brand video.
It’s a little bit like buying a car. What brand of car best represents what your brand requires? Toyota Camry? Porsche 911? Audi A6? Rolls Royce Spectre? Once that’s established, what add-ons and accessories do you want. Do you want a special color? Roadside Assistance? A homing beacon? You get the picture. There’s a lot that goes into deciding these things and each answer costs something different. With that in mind, below are some estimated cost ranges (30 Second Runtime Minimum).
2D animation (Level 1): $200/finished second.
2D animation (Level 2): $250/finished second
2D animation (Level 3): $300/finished second
3D animation (Level 1): $500/finished second
3D animation: (Level 2): $750/finished second
3D animation (Level 3): $2k/finished second
Live Action (Level 1): $400/finished second
Live Action (Level 2): $1k/finished second
Live Action (Level 3): $4k/finished second
We hope those ranges help you. We completely understand that you want to know what your video(s) are going to cost, but honestly, that can only be determined once we talk.
Whether you’re searching for the right partner or ready to jump in right away, it’s always worth a conversation. So, LET’S TALK. -
The short answer to this crucial question is “YES!” In fact, the best thing about VeracityColab is our team, our level of care, competency, and consistency, and the videos we make.
Your dedicated Project Manager will delightfully guide you through every step of the process using the latest communication tech like Zoom, Slack, frame.io, and Notion. Don’t know what those last two are? No worries, we’ll onboard you and get you up and running in no time.
You will always know where your project stands and you’ll have quick access to your Project Manager so things are smooth and easy.
If you want to know more about our process and project management, LET’S TALK. -
Our name means “true collaboration” and we stand by that. However, that needs to be explained a bit. We believe the greatest collaboration happens when each person in a particular role brings his/her gifts to the table. One person might be a writer, one an editor, one a bookkeeper, and another responsible for the success of a marketing launch. Once roles are defined, goals are set, and directives are outlined great collaboration can happen.
In other words, it works best when you bring your goals and directives to us, we listen and learn, then craft your video(s). In full disclosure, our most effective and popular videos have been created with very little input from our clients after all the discovery happens. That certainly doesn’t mean you aren’t involved at every step of the process, it just means when we have room to create - we deliver.
Since this is often a tricky balance, the best way to better understand how we’ll work together is to jump on a quick call . So, LET’S TALK when you’re ready. -
This is a great question and one we get frequently. Here are the Top Ten (everybody likes Top Ten lists, right?) differentiating factors in a nutshell:
1. Our team has been together for over a decade, we really like each other, and we love making videos that work for our clients.
2. Over 74% of our clients work with us again and again.
3. Our commitment is to be the most trusted video agency by great brands and good people (not to be the biggest or the coolest or must successful.) We truly want to earn the trust of our valued clients and continue to do remarkable work for them.
4. Our Core Values.
5. Our world-class process and project management (we get the same amount of compliments for our service and process as we do for the final work we deliver.)
6. Our Key Persuasion technique. You’ll have to ask us about this one ;).
7. Our Videos. You might be curious why we didn’t list this as #1, but the 6 things above this one are what make our videos great and our clients happy.
8. We’ve been doing this for over 15 years and have learned a lot about how to best serve our clients.
9. Aware-To-Declare. (see above).
10.We have been declared one of the Top 5 Video Agencies by Clutch for the last 10 years in a row.
If you like that list and you’re ready to start a project, LET’S TALK.
